Q: How do we start?
A: Send me a message with a short description of your business and what you need. I’ll ask a few simple questions, we’ll agree a start date, then I’ll send the booking invoice and one-page agreement.
Q: How long does a website take?
A: Most websites are built and launched within a week once I have your text and images. If you’re busy, we’ll agree a realistic start date and work to your timeline. Full timings are always confirmed in advance and covered in the business terms
Q: Do I need to be “techy”?
A: Not at all. I keep it simple. I’ll structure everything, tidy your content, and handle the setup so you’re not stuck in the admin. I will even create images for you, including a Logo, or even write you your first Squarespace Website Blog - available as an Optional Extra.
Q: Do you work across the UK?
A: Yes — I work with service businesses all over the UK. Everything can be done by message, email and a quick call if needed. I have a dedicated Client Portal for Clients to easy submit all of the information that I will need - easy to complete short forms are online - and if you struggle to complete them you can even provide the information via Whatsapp Voice Notes.

Core Website Package — £500
No ongoing commitment
Once your website is built and launched, it is completely yours.
There is no ongoing contract, no subscription, and no obligation to take any further services.
Your Squarespace account will be in your name, and I will hand full control over to you with your own login details.
You are free to manage your website yourself, leave it exactly as it is, or ask for help only if and when you need it.
Optional extras (if you want them)
Some clients want a simple website build only.
Others want extra help getting everything connected properly online — such as stronger SEO foundations, a Google Business Profile setup, or business directory listings.
These are optional, clearly priced, and available only if you need them.
