How It Works
Whether you’re starting from scratch, improving an existing website, or working on your overall online visibility, I keep the process simple, structured, and easy to follow.
1. Initial Chat
We start with a relaxed conversation about your business, what you offer, and what you’re looking to improve. You can share any ideas you have, and I’ll guide you on what will work best.
I balance your preferences with clear structure, so everything is built in a way that works for your customers and is easy for Google to understand.
2. My Research
Before any work begins, I carry out the same thinking I use in my Website Visibility Check. This includes looking at how your business appears (or should appear) on Google, what your customers are likely searching for, and how your website or listings need to be structured.
This helps identify what’s working, what’s missing, and where the biggest improvements can be made.
3. Build or Improve Phase
Depending on what you need, I either build your website from the ground up or improve what’s already there. This could include restructuring pages, improving SEO foundations, or setting up and optimising your business listings.
Everything is done with a focus on clarity, visibility, and getting your business properly set up online.
4. Review & Refinement
You’ll have the opportunity to review everything and request any changes. We refine things together to make sure it feels right and works as it should.
5. Ongoing Support
Once everything is in place, you’ll have access to your own Client Portal for communication, updates, and support, so everything stays organised and easy to manage.
Q: How do we start?
A: Send me a message with a short description of your business and what you need. I’ll ask a few simple questions, we’ll agree a start date.
Q: How long does a website take?
A: Most websites are built and launched within a week once I have your text and images. If you’re busy, we’ll agree a realistic start date and work to your timeline. Full timings are always confirmed in advance and covered in the business terms
Q: Do I need to be “techy”?
A: Not at all. I keep it simple. I’ll structure everything, tidy your content, and handle the setup so you’re not stuck in the admin. I can also create images for you — even your first blog post — as an optional extra
Q: Do you work across the UK?
A: Yes — I work with service businesses all over the UK. Everything can be done by message, email and a quick call if needed. I have a dedicated Client Portal for Clients to easy submit all of the information that I will need - easy to complete short forms are online - and if you struggle to complete them you can even provide the information via Whatsapp Voice Notes.
